Your Wedding at The Barns . . .

Your wedding day at The Barns will begin in the Jockey’s Loft. You and your wedding party will sip champagne, enjoy light fare while you leisurely prepare for the day you’ve dreamed of your entire life.

As you prepare for the day, our team will be too! The Barns’ wedding venue team will put everything in place as you pictured – the perfect ceremony and reception layout, your personal signage, table décor and special touches will all be in place just as you and your fiancé envisioned. Delicious smells from our kitchen begin wafting through the air as the chefs prepare your customized menu, from your hors d’oeuvres to your late-night snack, each are presented beautifully for all your guests to enjoy.

Soon you’ll see your guests start to arrive. They will be welcomed with pre-ceremony drinks as they are led to their seats by our team. Not only will you feel the buzz of excitement in the air but you can overhear snippets of conversation as they float up to your preparation suite.

You make your way down from the Jockey’s Loft and through the beautifully restored barn doors to your ceremony under the centuries old oak trees.

After the ceremony, your photographer will scurry you off to take photographs of these precious memories. Whether in the Orchard, next to the roses or in front of the carefully restored adobe walls, there are plenty of the fabulous locations near The Barns and surrounding areas. While you are taking photos, your guests are offered your handpicked beverage selections and relish in the hors d’oeuvres they’ve been smelling during the ceremony.

Your guests will eagerly find their seats in anticipation of your grand entrance as The Newlyweds!  After being welcomed by your closest family and friends you will sit down to enjoy the thoughtfully prepared menu you selected. Once dinner concludes and your drinks are refilled, the celebration continues with dancing and more treasured moments!

Our wedding packages include the catering, bar, tables, chairs, dinnerware, glassware, linen, and a dedicated event & service team. Making the wedding planning process a breeze! You hand select the other vendors you wish to work with e.g., officiant, florist, bakery, photographer, videographer etc. Our event team will liaison with your vendors to provide a seamless planning process and a truly unforgettable experience!

Ceremony & Reception Package Pricing:

  • $18K (Monday thru Thursday) to $30K November thru April and $18K (Monday thru Thursday) to $58K May thru October (Inclusive of tax and fees)

Venue Fee and overall pricing is based on season, day of the week, guest count, menu, and bar selections.
Menu Packages range from $99 per guest to $145 per guest, includes 3 passed hors d’oeuvres, 1 stationary hors d’oeuvre, wedding meal and service team.
Bar Packages range from $29 per guest to $47 per guest

22% operations fee & current sales tax added to all food & beverage items
